We work with tradespeople and builders in New South Wales, Queensland, the ACT and Tasmania. That includes applications to Building Commission NSW, the QBCC, Access Canberra and CBOS Tasmania, plus moving a licence between those jurisdictions through mutual recognition.
Builder licences (including QBCC Low Rise, Medium Rise and Open), trade contractor licences such as carpentry, bricklaying, joinery and fencing, Qualified Supervisor Certificates, Certificates of Proficiency, and NSW Design and Building Practitioner registration. If your trade isn't listed, get in touch. Chances are we've dealt with it.
No. You lodge the application yourself, under your own name, with the regulator. Our job is to make sure what you lodge is right: the correct licence class, experience records that meet the regulator's requirements, strong referee statements, and supporting documents that won't trigger a request for more information.
Our part usually moves quickly once we have your documents. Regulator processing times vary between states and are outside anyone's control, so we won't quote you a guaranteed date. What we can do is get your application right the first time, which is the best way to avoid months of back and forth.
No one can guarantee approval, because the decision rests with the regulator. What we do guarantee is honest advice. If you're not ready to apply yet, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you what you need to do to get there.
